Off-Season Specials are offered on most homes for stays from
October 1  – May 31, excluding holiday periods. (Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas holiday period, President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend):
 
For homes offering the Off-Season Special Any Time of Week, when you reserve a home for 3 - 6 nights you will receive  a discount equivalent to 1 night off your rent. When you reserve a home for 7 nights, you will receive a discount equivalent to 2 nights off your rent.  Offer valid for stays from October 1  -  May 31, excluding holiday periods. (Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas holiday period, President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend).
 
For homes offering the Off-Season Special Sun - Thursday Only, only stays that do not include a Friday or Saturday night are eligible for a discount. Offer valid for stays from October 1 – May 31, excluding holiday periods. (Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas holiday period, President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend).
