lovely home sits on a long bluff with beautiful views of the
blue and white water. Crashing waves can be seen up to the South
coastline. During low tide sea lions can be seen on the rocks
below. Beautifully landscaped grounds and world class sunsets!

Weekly Rate: Stay 7 nights for the price of 6. (Valid on any
home, any time of year).
Sea Ranch Homes: 14.5% tax added to above rates. Mendocino County:
(Gualala, Point Arena) 11% added to above rates.
Off-Season Specials are offered on most homes for stays from
October 1 – May 31, excluding holiday periods. (Thanksgiving
week, Christmas and New Year's holiday period, President's
Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend).
For homes offering the Off-Season Special Any Time of Week,
when you reserve a home for 3 - 6 nights you will receive a
discount equivalent to 1 night off your rent. When you reserve
a home for 7 nights, you will receive a discount equivalent
to 2 nights off your rent. Offer valid for stays from October
1 - May 31, excluding holiday periods. (Christmas holiday period,
President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend).
For homes offering the Off-Season Special Sun - Thursday, only
stays that do not include a Friday or Saturday night are eligible
for a discount. Offer valid for stays from October 1 – May 31,
excluding holiday periods. (Thanksgiving week, Christmas and
New Year's holiday
period, President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend).
Refundable $200 to $500 security deposit collected on all homes.
Rates do not include departure cleaning or linen service (sheets
and towels) which are provided for an extra charge.
Two night minimum. Holidays are three to five night minimum.
(Thanksgiving week, Christmas and New Year's holiday period,
President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July
weekend, Labor Day weekend).
4 night minimum in August.
Renting a home on The Sea Ranch allows guests access to private
Sea Ranch trails and Rec. Centers. Each Sea Ranch home comes
with complimentary Rec. Center passes for up to 6 people per
home. Additional passes can be purchased from The Sea Ranch
Association for $5 per person per day. (The Sea Ranch Association
is open 8:30 to 5:00, Tuesday through Saturday.) Homes in Mendocino
County do not have access to Sea Ranch Rec. Centers. and have
access to public trails only. Sea Ranch Golf Links available
to all guests. Green fees will apply.
Each Sea Ranch home comes with 2 vehicle passes to allow driving
on private Sea Ranch roads. No overnight parking allowed on
streets. No campers, R.V's, motor homes/boats may be
parked on The Sea Ranch. Homes in Mendocino County have
access to public roads and parking areas only.
Some homes offer Internet access. Internet service is
provided by third party vendors. Please note due to our
remote area, bandwith is limited and cannot support the
download of large files or movies. Excess usage will
result in the ISP turning off service.
Internet service is not guaranteed and no compensation will
be given for Internet outages.
We offer an Internet Kiosk with free Internet access for our
rental guests. Kiosk available for use in our office during
regular office hours.
Unless otherwise noted all homes have a television with either
cable or satellite service.
Check in time: 3:00 p.m. Check out time: 12:00 noon.
For homes that sleep 12 or more: Check in time 4:00
p.m. Check out time 11:00 a.m.
If a late
check out has not been pre-arranged, a late check out fee will
apply.
Pets: For homes allowing pets, there is a one time $55 pet fee.
Select homes offer free unlimited calling anywhere in the continental
U.S. For all other homes, credit cards or calling cards may
be used.
Cancellation Policy: 3 weeks advance notice required for refund.
Personal checks or money orders accepted. Credit
cards not accepted.
All homes are non-smoking.
Must be at least 18 years of age to rent a home.
Wood is provided but kindling is not.
All rental homes are subject to rate change and substitution
due to situations, conditions, and circumstances beyond our
control. |
