| All homes are completely
furnished by the individual owners except for sheets and towels, although linens are
available upon request, for an extra fee.

| All homes are non-smoking.

| Most homes are within
walking distance to the beach.

| Wood is provided but
kindling is not.

| All rental homes are
subject to rate change and substitution due to situations, conditions, and circumstances
beyond our control.
