Rates posted are off season rates.  Add 10% to the above rates during the "high" season:  Memorial Day Weekend, July 1st through Labor Day, Thanksgiving week, Christmas holiday period.  

Cancellation Policy: 3 weeks advance notice required for refund.

"Off Season Specials" are offered on most homes  from October 1st -  May 31st excluding holiday periods. (Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas holiday period, President's Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend)  For Homes offering the Special Any Time of Week, when you reserve a home for 3 - 6 nights you will receive a discount equivalent to 1 night off your rent. When you reserve a home for 7 nights, you will receive a discount equivalent to 2 nights off your rent. Please note, for homes offering the Special Sun - Thurs, stays may not include a Friday or Saturday night.

Weekly Rate: Receive the 7th night free.  (Valid on any home, any time of year).

Sea Ranch Homes: 14.5%  tax added to above rates.  Mendocino County: (Gualala, Anchor Bay) 11% added to above rates.

Refundable $200 to $500 security deposit collected on all homes.

Rates do not include departure cleaning or linen service (sheets and towels) which are provided for an extra charge.

Pets: For homes allowing pets, there is a one time $55 pet fee.

Two night minimum.

Holidays are three to five night minimum.  Preference given to 4 night rentals in August.

Renting a home on The Sea Ranch allows guests access to Sea Ranch private bluff trails and private beaches.  Each Sea Ranch home comes with complimentary rec. center passes for up to 6 people per home.  Additional passes can be purchased from The Sea Ranch Association for $5 per person per day.  The Sea Ranch Association office is located at 975 Annapolis Road, and is open 8:30 to 5:00, Tuesday through Saturday.  Homes in Mendocino County have access to public beaches and public parking areas only.  Sea Ranch passes are not available to homes located in Mendocino County.  Sea Ranch Golf Links available to all guests. Green fees will apply.

Each Sea Ranch home comes with 2 vehicle passes to allow driving on Sea Ranch private roads. No overnight parking is allowed on streets.  No campers, R.V's, motor homes/boats may be parked on The Sea Ranch.

Check in time: 3:00 p.m.  Check out time: 12:00 noon.  If a late check out has not been pre-arranged, a late check out fee will apply.

Select homes offer free unlimited calling anywhere in the continental U.S.  For all other homes, credit cards or calling cards may be used.  Some homes offer Wireless Internet access (unless otherwise noted, charges will apply).

All homes are non-smoking.

Wood is provided but kindling is not.

All rental homes are subject to rate change and substitution due to situations, conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.
